You find me in the beautiful studio which is located in Nymphenburg of Munich. The studio is shared with some Pilates trainers and physiotherapists.
I am from Japan, speak Japanese, German and English. My background is a ballet dancer and I am a mother of a young child.
I believe that time to face oneself is the key to good mental health. Movement is a great communication between our heart and body, it guides us to our very best health condition. I am here to help people find thier balance and peace within.
